If you haven't heard of 180movie.com you should check it out.  It is a 33 minute documentary that is a must see.  At the time I wrote this post it had 1,867,879 views on youtube.  It might just change the way you think about some life or death matters.  Here's a bit of a teaser... Would you believe that some people don't know who Hitler is ?!?

Why Blog?

So you might be thinking why blog at all. Most people are on Facebook so why would you want to try to connect with people in a different way? Not very many people will read this blog but the blog isn't just for other readers. It is for me too. I enjoy looking back at what I was thinking or doing. I also feel like a blog is a longer lasting storage medium for my thoughts. Anyone still using myspace? Facebook has a huge following but the citizens of the internet can be very fickle and jump ship if they feel like another site is in some way cooler. So we will see if google plus will give Facebook a run for thier money...and who will be the next social networking site of choice.

First Post

Welcome to our "new" blog hosted by blogger.  I hosted the old blog on my own server using Wordpress.  Unfortunately I had enough problems with hard drives dying (at least 4 drives) that I want to leave the hosting to someone else.  The price  is right for a blogger blog since it is free.  As for the content from the old blog, I have some backups of the data but I don't remember how recent it was.  I hope to restore the old data at some point but for now we'll just start with this post.  So remember to backup your data because it isn't a matter of if you will have data problems but when.
